Our chocolates are designed to treat both your eyes and your tastebuds. They are handmade in Belgium, and can be adapted to meet your preferences.

1. Our chocolate tablet

Our chocolate tablet is very popular as a novel greeting card, change of address, thank you, or to promote a new product or web page.

How does it work ?
Choose a selection of dried fruits and nuts (raisins, pistachios, almonds, dried melon, candied ginger or orange peel, etc). Next choose the message which can be the same or different for each tablet. Your tablets will be delivered in a luxurious pocket specially designed to show off your uniquely delicious greeting.

2. Our flavours

The classics:

  • Praline : The praline is a rich and aromatic filling obtained by mixing hazelnuts and grilled almonds and blending them with caramelised sugar.
  • Caramel / intense Dark : Similar to a Chokotoff®, this long lasting flavour invokes pure nostalgia
  • Feuilletine : The feuilletine is a thin lacy layer of pure butter and gives a light crispy sensation to the praline.
  • Coffee : For coffee lovers we have developed a coffee ganache, a subtle dose of pure strong arabica espresso.

  • Cinnamon
  • Violet-raspberry
  • Orange-thyme
  • Earl grey
  • Bourbon vanilla

3. Our pralines

  • Rocky’s strong exterior belies the seductive crisp feuilletine praline that lies within and which reveals our true artistry as chocolate makers. His couverture is 58% cocoa
     

  • Our little grain of coffee with charm you with its intense refined aroma. It will keep you coming back for more... the couverture is dark Madagascar chocolate (68% cocoa).
